Venture Place is a Non-Profit Co-Operative Corporation. Our business is to provide members of the corporation with housing. The co-operative owns a 6-story apartment building with 102 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
You don’t buy your unit, you join the co-operative. But you have the same security as ownership because you and the other members control the corporation that owns the building.
Co-operatives operate on the understanding that people can live better and achieve more through co-operation.
